Hailey Baldwin Talks 'Misplacing The Blame On Someone Else' — Addressing Justin Bieber, Selena Gomez Feud?
Justin Bieber and Hailey Baldwin are reportedly fighting because of the “Sorry” singer's new flame, Sofia Richie.
Bieber has unfollowed Baldwin on social media, according to People, and the model is upset about it. The two were never officially together, but the ones in their circle knew that they were dating. Now, their friends are reportedly blaming Lionel Richie's daughter for asking Bieber to unfollow Baldwin.
The news comes after Baldwin took to Instagram to what seemed to fans was her taking sides in the issue between Bieber and his other ex, Selena Gomez.
“We've all had our fair share of things we've done, both good and bad,” Baldwin said in the caption of the now-deleted post, according to Entertainment Tonight. “What makes the present so powerful is when we take complete responsibility for our actions, we allow ourselves self-growth. Misplacing the blame onto someone else isn't going to get you to the next stage in life, so try not to manipulate a situation to make yourself look better.”
Baldwin later said on Twitter that she wasn't addressing the feud between Bieber and Gomez but was just thinking about life in general.
Baldwin and Bieber reportedly stopped talking a few months ago after the former was spotted partying with Drake.
The spat between Bieber and Gomez stemmed from the “Love Yourself” singer threatening his fans that he would put his Instagram account to private if they will not stop commenting bad things about his rumored new girlfriend.
Gomez reportedly commented on the post saying if the singer did not want to get attention – negative or otherwise – he should not put photos of him and his girlfriend online and just keep the relationship to themselves.
Bieber retaliated by saying Gomez, who used him for attention, is using him to get noticed again. Gomez replied by revealing that Bieber cheated on her multiple times despite her being forgiving and supportive.
