Selena Gomez Slams Justin Bieber On Instagram, Reveals 'Sorry' Singer Cheated On Her 'Multiple Times'
Selena Gomez has reportedly slammed ex-boyfriend Justin Bieber on Instagram.
The “Hands to Myself” singer commented on a post by Bieber scolding his fans for being mean to his rumored new girlfriend Sofia Richie, according to The Daily Beast.
“If you can't handle the hate then stop posting pictures of your girlfriend lol – it should be special between you two only,” Gomez said. “Don't be mad at your fans. They love you.”
Bieber did not let the comment pass and replied, implying that Gomez only used him for attention and that he did not like that the “Love You Like a Love Song” singer went in on his business.
Gomez did not mince her words when she retaliated and said: “Funny how the ones that cheated multiple times are pointing the finger at the ones that were forgiving and supportive. No wonder fans are mad. Sad. All love.”
The back-and-forth between the ex-couple started after the “Sorry” singer threatened to put his Instagram to private mode after fans put mean comments under the photos he posted of himself and his rumored new girlfriend.
Rumors about Bieber and Richie, the 17-year-old daughter of singer Lionel Richie and sister of former reality star Nicole Richie, started swirling a couple of weeks ago when the two were photographed together in Laguna Beach.
While neither of the two have commented on the status of their relationship, a source reportedly told Us Weekly that the two are just casually seeing each other and that their relationship is not serious yet.
Prior to being linked to Sofia, Bieber was photographed several times with Instagram model Sahara Ray. Before that, Bieber and Hailey Baldwin were rumored to be in a relationship.
Rumors about Bieber and Gomez dating started in 2009, but the two did not confirm their relationship until the 2011 Oscars. The pair broke up for the first time in Nov. 2012 and got back together in mid-2013. They broke up again in late 2014.
