Hayden Panettiere Engaged: Actress Reportedly Marrying Boyfriend Wladimir Klitschko In The Summer

“Nashville” star Hayden Panettiere isn't only back with her boyfriend, Ukranian boxer Wladimir Klitschko — they're also engaged.

"Very few people know, and she isn't wearing her ring publicly yet," a friend of the couple told Us Weekly, who first parted ways in May 2011 after two years of dating. They reconciled in January.

The 23-year-old actress was seen kissing Klitschko, 37, while watching the NBA Miami Heat take on the Charlotte Bobcats on March 24. She wore a flirty hot pink halter top, while he opted for a plain white T-shirt and jeans.

Klitschko and Panettiere looked quite affectionate from the sidelines as the Heat won their 26th straight game.

"Looks like a summer wedding!" one source declared.

Panettiere and Klitschko have yet to confirm their relationship status.

Previously, the 5-foot-2 actress has dated “Heroes” co-star Milo Ventimiglia when she was 18. He was 30 at the time. She has also dated former New York Jets wide receiver Scotty McKnight, 25, but they split in December.

A source told Us Weekly that Panettiere and the 6-foot-6 Klitschko "never fell completely out of touch."

“It was never a case of me making a decision, saying, ‘I want to date older men,’” Panettiere said last week in an interview with the Telegraph.

“But I am drawn to people who make me up my game, who bring me up to their level. I want to be with somebody who is more worldly than me, somebody who can give me guidance and is completely secure and comfortable with who they are.”
