Here's Why Kylie Jenner Cried 3 Weeks 'Nonstop' After Giving Birth To Second Child
Kylie Jenner has revealed that she cried for three weeks straight following the birth of her second child with rapper Travis Scott in February, noting that she had "the baby blues."
"It's been really hard," Kylie told her sister Kendall Jenner on Thursday's episode of "The Kardashians," Page Six reported. "I cried nonstop every day for the first three weeks."
The 25-year-old TV personality went on to share that she had a similar experience after giving birth to her first child, Stormi Webster, in 2018. "It's just the baby blues and then it kinda goes away. I had it with Stormi too," she told Kendall.
Kendall, 26, explained to her younger sister that her "hormones are probably all over the place." Kylie then replied, "No, I cried for, like, three weeks. Like, every day to the point where I would be laying in bed and my head would just hurt so bad."
"I feel better mentally. I'm not crying every day so that's great. I don't have bad days with my body, I have bad days mentally," Kylie added.
Kylie said during the confessional that she used the term "baby blues" because that's what she found out after doing a Google search.
"I'm not a doctor, but I read on Google [that] they call it baby blues when it doesn't last past six weeks," she explained. "After about six weeks, I started to feel better, but I definitely had a case of the blues."
Later in the episode, which was reportedly filmed in April, Kylie revealed that she wanted to have a night out since she has not had any since giving birth to her baby boy. In response, Kendall said she should come with her to Las Vegas for an 818 Tequila event.
It was not the first time Kylie opened up about her postpartum struggles. In March, she shared an Instagram clip revealing that dealing with postpartum life is "not easy, mentally, physically, spiritually, it's just crazy." She even added, "I didn't want to just get back to life without saying that."
The clip has since been widely circulated online, even on Twitter.
Kylie also made headlines in the same month when she announced that her second child was no longer named Wolf.
"FYI our son's name isn't Wolf anymore," she noted in an Instagram Story at the time. "We just really didn't feel like it was him. Wanted to share because I keep seeing Wolf everywhere."
However, Kylie has not yet revealed the new name of the boy.
