Pink has listed the multimillion-dollar Malibu, California, property she acquired just four months ago for a higher price than she paid for it, despite reportedly not having done renovations.

The “Just Give Me A Reason” hitmaker decided to sell the beach house for about $15 million this week after spending $13.7 million to acquire it in June, New York Post reported Tuesday.

Even though permit records and listing photos show that Pink doesn’t appear to have done renovations, the property already underwent a makeover before she purchased it earlier this year.

For the asking price of $14.995 million, the new owner will get to enjoy “180-degree ocean views from Santa Monica Bay and Palos Verdes to Point Dume,” according to Mansion Global.

The 4,320-square-foot residence boasts floor-to-ceiling windows and oak flooring all throughout. It comes with an eat-in kitchen, a family room with a fireplace, a formal dining room, as well as a guest cottage with a kitchenette.

The house has four bedrooms. One of them is the main bedroom that has its own patio, fireplace, a dressing room and a bathroom that comes with a tub and amazing ocean views.

The mansion was also designed to entertain guests as it comes with a beachside lounging area and a courtyard with an outdoor kitchen and spa.

The property was once owned by music legend Barry Manilow from 1999 to 2012.

The value of the house has gone through big changes since it was sold by Manilow for $5.5 million to former National Hockey League star Alexander Mogilny and his wife Natalia.

The couple sold it for $8.7 million in 2020, according to property records. The previous owner then revamped the beach house before flipping it to Pink.

It is not clear why the 42-year-old “Just Like A Pill” songstress chose to list the property so quickly. Pink is expected to earn minimal profit from its sale, even though sources claimed that the listing is a “flip,” New York Post noted. The singer is likely making less than 6% profit on the home once the broker’s fees are settled.

The Post reached out to the singer-songwriter’s representatives and her listing broker Lily Harfouche for comment, but they did not immediately respond.
