KEY POINTS

- iPhone Mini version will be a 5.4-inch variant
- iPhone Pro and iPhone Pro Max may have three cameras
Apple loyalists are looking forward to the new iPhone 12 line that the Cupertino company plans to unveil in September. But this early, it looks like there will be a number of variants to choose from. Among the new iPhones that could come out include a mysterious iPhone 12 Mini.
Known for wanting to be in a class of its own, Apple seems to have adapted to the trends of rival mobile phone makers. That includes modifications to the size and features of their mobile handset, some of which have already been integrated in the past and current iPhone clan.
Apple is expected to unveil its new breed of iPhone 12 variants this September. According to LetsGoDigital, an iPhone 12 Mini will be one of the four new devices Apple will be offering, a 5.4-inch variant that would be different from the iPhone SE 2. The iPhone Mini version will have different features and will have the smallest screen and something that will resemble the iPhone 12 rather than the iPhone 8, Slashgear noted. The official name of the iPhone 12 mini version has yet to be revealed.
Though seeing an iPhone 12 miniature version would be interesting, it would be best to take these with a grain of salt for now. Aside from it, there will be the base iPhone 12 model sporting a 6.1-inch base. An iPhone Pro will have a similar one while the iPhone Pro Max reportedly has a bigger one at 6.7 inches.
The main difference among the iPhone 12 models will reportedly be the number of cameras each will carry. The iPhone 12 will have two cameras to show while the iPhone 12 Pro and iPhone 12 Pro Max will have three. The third camera is speculated to boast of a telephoto lens, an ambitious new feature that raises questions on pricing.
Through the years, Apple has been known to offer its iPhone models at a hefty price tag. Regardless, Apple buyers continue to get one anyway. Aside from the cameras, all four iPhones will have 5G and 12 Hz displays - further making these upcoming mobile phones something to watch out for.
