Ireland Baldwin, Angel Haze Break Up Rumors Surface After Rehab Stint: See Their Tweets [PHOTOS]

Rumors spread that Ireland Baldwin and girlfriend Angel Haze broke up after the model entered rehab for “emotional trauma.” However, Baldwin, 19, did not say if a breakup caused her to seek help.

“I checked myself into Soba for two weeks to just get away for a little bit. I'm not much [of] a party cat but I am here [to] deal with some emotional trauma and getting the intensive therapy I needed in order to recover,” she said in a Twitter statement Monday. “Someday I'll feel ready to share my story openly without feeling the way I do. Right now I just needed a breather. I needed a chance to work on myself and gather all the tools I need to overcome everything that I had been through and rid myself of all the pain I locked away in unreachable places.”

“Every day is a blessing. You don't even know the half,” she said in an update Tuesday. “Today I will practice tolerance, acceptance and love of others as they are, and myself as I am.”

Haze confirmed their relationship when she talked to the Independent. "An interracial gay couple -- I mean that’s just weird for America right now. We f--- and friends don’t f---. I have never f----- one of my friends," she said in June. "Once I see you in that way, it doesn’t happen."

The two also posed for pictures hand-in-hand at the 2014 Video Music Awards.

But the good times seemingly didn’t last for long. In the beginning of February, the rapper took to Twitter to unleash some heartbroken, emotional posts. She didn’t blatantly say she and the model had split, but it seemed like a breakup had occurred, as Refinery29 posted.

After Baldwin tweeted she entered rehab, Haze issued a series of her own messages. "Super tired of putting everyone else b4 myself, man,” she wrote Monday. “The easiest part is leaving. The hardest is wondering how you’ll ever come back.”

Neither Baldwin, nor Haze has addressed the breakup rumors directly, but the rapper did share a telling message from a follower: “Next person that asks @AngelHaze some personal s--- that is none of their damn business is getting a kick to the head from yours truly.”
