'The Irregular At Magic High School' Season 3, Episode 1 Live Stream Details, Spoilers

The third season of "The Irregular at Magic High School" explores the past of the loving siblings – Tatsuya and Miyuki.

Before becoming an unbreakable team, Miyuki was uncomfortable hanging around her older brother Tatsuya.

"The Irregular at Magic High School: Reminiscence Arc" follows Miyuki, who is a skilled magician and honor student, and Tatsuya, who struggles with his magic. Moreover, the family considers Tatsuya as a lowly servant who is working as Miyuki's bodyguard.

The official website has released the synopsis of the third season hinting at the dysfunctional relationship of the duo.

"April 2095. A century has passed since magic was established as actual technology. The two siblings enroll at a prestigious school for magicians called the National Magic University Affiliated First High School, better known as Magic High School. Tatsuya, the older brother, is an 'irregular' with a fatal flaw to his magic powers. The younger sister, Miyuki, is a star student with unmatched magical talent," read the official synopsis of "The Irregular at Magic High School: Reminiscence Arc" anime.

"Though they are now close enough to be mistaken as a couple, just a few years ago, the two had a dysfunctional relationship, where they were nothing more than a master and servant. One incident, however, alters their relationship forever. Three years ago in Okinawa, an unforgettable experience turns their souls and destinies on their heads," the synopsis continued.

The cast of "The Irregular at Magic High School: Reminiscence Arc" anime includes Yuichi Nakamura as Tatsuya Shiba, Saori Hayami as Miyuki Shiba, Kikuko Inoue as Miya Shiba and Aya Endo as Honami Sakurai.

Risako Yoshida is directing the anime, which is based on the original story by Tsutomu Sato. The story was published in Dengeki Bunko. Jimmy Stone has been roped in as assistant director, while Muneo Nakamoto of WriteWorks is handling the screenplay.

Kana Ishida is the character designer and chief animation director. The anime is produced at eight-bit. The color setting is by Sakura Komatsu; the direction of photography is handled by Yuki Kawashita and Kashiko Kimura is editing the series. The music is composed by Taku Iwasaki and the sound direction is by Satoshi Motoyama.

"The Irregular at Magic High School: Reminiscence Arc" Episode 1 is releasing this Friday. Fans can watch the episode online on Crunchyroll and Funimation.
