‘iZombie’ Season 3 Stars Robert Buckley, Rahul Kohli Show Off New Sets Of CW Series [PHOTOS]
A group of reporters recently visited “iZombie’s” production headquarters in Canada, and series stars Robert Buckley and Rahul Kohli happily gave them a tour around the new sets that fans are going to see in Season 3.
In the photos shared by Comicbook.com’s Russ Burlingame and TV Guide’s Marisa Roffman on social media, Buckley and Kohli — who play Major and Ravi, respectively — showed off the set for the Fillmore Grave Enterprises office and the set for The Scratching Post.
Fillmore Grave Enterprises was first mentioned on “iZombie” in the first half of the show’s two-hour Season 2 finale. Fillmore Grave Enterprises is headed by Vivian Stoll (Andrea Savage), who bought Vaughn Du Clark’s (Steven Weber) sports drinks company, Max Rager. In the second half of the season finale, it was revealed that Fillmore Grave Enterprises is not an ordinary private military contractor because its CEO and employees are all members of the undead.
The Scratching Post, on the other hand, is an exclusive undeground bar for zombies. Series creator Rob Thomas revealed to Entertainment Weekly in August that someone will take advantage of Seattle’s growing zombie population by opening a club where they can socialize with one another.
“The number of zombies in Seattle is going up at an alarming rate, and it’s high time someone capitalized on the undead’s desire to socialize with their own kind,” Thomas said at the time. “We originally named the establishment Coldcock’s, but apparently that’s the name of a brand of booze, so we settled on our second choice, The Scratching Post.”
“It’s a speakeasy where one needs to be able to eat a ghost pepper without flinching to be allowed in,” the executive producer said. “But once inside, brains and hot sauces from around the world are available for the discriminating zombie.”
