‘Jane The Virgin’ Season 3 Spoilers: Will Jane Find Love And Happiness Again?

It might be too soon to ask whether or not Jane Gloriana Villanueva (Gina Rodriguez) will find love and happiness again. After all, her husband Michael Cordero (Brett Dier) was killed off just recently in “Jane the Virgin” Chapter Fifty-Four.

As heartbroken as fans were over Michael’s shocking death, they also do not like seeing Jane so distraught. Many are already thinking about how she would cope and move on and questioned if she might rekindle her romance with her baby daddy, Rafael Solano (Justin Baldoni).

When one fan asked journalist Michael Ausiello from TV Line about it, he answered, “His body is barely cold. Are you heartless?”

Ausiello added that Jane won’t be seeing anybody for a while, and Rafael seems to have already met someone else. “If you’re like me, you’re probably wondering how long it’ll be before Jane starts boning Rafael. Well, based on what I’m hearing about Monday’s episode, you may have to wait a while. Turns out Rafael spent the intervening three years doing time and doing a new lady,” he said.

Who is Rafael’s new lady love? Thankfully, she’s not Jane’s cousin Catalina (Sofia Pernas), who enjoyed a brief fling with the hotelier. If Justin Baldoni’s Twitter post is any indication, his new girlfriend might be played by “Friday Night Lights” star Minka Kelly.

As for Rodriguez, she’s not closing any doors on Jane and Rafael’s relationship. “It’s a telenovela, c’mon, you know that,” Rodriguez said, according to Bustle. “There’s gonna be a lot of triangles, a lot of love. A lot of messiness and redemption and all the things we go through on a daily basis. Lots.”

Rodriguez added that she misses shooting the love triangle scenes with Baldoni and Dier, and she is hopeful that the show would create another triangle soon.
