Jay Z Mocking Kim Kardashian's Wedding To Kanye West? Rapper Thinks Ceremony 'Is A Joke,' Says New Report
Although he is set to be the best man, Jay Z reportedly thinks Kim Kardashian’s wedding is a complete joke. According to reports, the 44-year-old entrepreneur is mocking Kardashian and close friend Kanye West behind their backs.
“Jay thinks the entire Kimye wedding is a joke and its being blown way out of proportion,” a source tells RadarOnline. Since the beginning of this week, when Kim landed in Paris, the paparazzi have not been able to take enough photos of the reality TV star family, and the wedding is making headlines around the world.
“He [Jay Z] likes Kanye and Kim, but totally talks smack about them behind their backs. When he was asked about the wedding he just laughed and said, ‘The circus goes to Paris!” the source continued.
While he may be talking behind their back, Jay Z is expected to be the best man on Saturday. Though, according to reports, he initially declined if the wedding was filmed, Kim confirmed that the wedding will not be taped for her E! reality show, “Keeping up with the Kardashians.” “Jay agreed initially but had one condition -- under no circumstances can there be any reality TV shows filming him, his wife, Beyoncé, or daughter, Blue Ivy, during the ceremony,” a source told DailyStar. “She [Beyoncé] purposefully keeps herself away from trashy TV and isn’t prepared to lower her standards for anyone, or any occasion.” However, since the wedding is not being filmed, it is expected that West’s friend will be with him at the altar.
In October, in front of her family and friends, West had a 50-piece orchestra play Lana Del Rey’s “Young and Beautiful,” before playing his own hit song “Knock Me Down.” The couple have been dating since last year, though they have known each other for around a decade. Kardashian was more than happy to say “yes,” later telling E! News, “Last night was truly magical!!! I am the luckiest girl in the world! I get to marry my best friend!"
