What happens at the Electric Daisy Carnival doesn’t always stay at the Electric Daisy Carnival -- especially when you document your experience on Instagram. And that’s exactly what “Teen Mom 2” star Jenelle Evans did over the weekend.

The 23-year-old MTV personality took dozens of photographs while attending the New York EDC music festival at Met Life Stadium in East Rutherford, New Jersey, over the weekend. They ranged from photos of the wildly decorated stages to pictures of the colorfully dressed crowd. But the most interesting was an image of Evans posing with ex-fiance Nathan Griffith in the parking lot at the event. This left fans wondering whether the tumultuous twosome was getting back together.

The North Carolina native posted the photo of herself cozying up to her former beau on Instagram Saturday. The reality-television star, who was sporting a matching floral shirt and crown along with an intimidating beaded mask in the picture, captioned the snapshot with a slew of vague EDC-themed emoticons.

However, fans were more interested in why Evans was posing with the father of her son, Kaiser Griffith, who was born in June 2014, than the ambiguous emojis. Evans and the 27-year-old former U.S. Marine reportedly ended their relationship after Griffith’s arrest in March. He was detained on charges of domestic violence against the “Teen Mom 2” star, as reported by US Weekly.

A source dished to Radar Online that cameras from the MTV series were rolling at the time Griffith was arrested. “I heard him talking to what seemed to be a camera guy when he got arrested asking him to tell the cops that he didn’t do it,” a source told the site. “He said: ‘Come on man tell them I didn’t touch her. I didn’t do anything. You know man I didn’t do anything. I never touched her.’”

Although it was rumored the couple was attempting to reconcile after the arrest, it was reported that the duo decided to permanently call it quits. Their breakup cames shortly before “Teen Mom 2” Season 6 premieres on MTV July 9 at 10 p.m. EDT.
