Jennifer Garner, Ben Affleck’s Mom All Smiles While Walking Arm-In-Arm In L.A.

Jennifer Garner and Ben Affleck may have filed for divorce, but as she still thinks his family as her own, including his mom.

On Tuesday, the “Miracles from Heaven” star stepped out in Los Angeles with her mother-in-law, Christine Anne Boldt. In the photos shared by Daily Mail, the two seemed to be very close and were all smiles as they wrapped their arms around each other in a side hug while walking.

For the outing, Garner sported a pair of dark shades that she later on removed and offered to Affleck’s mom, who gladly wore them. The actress also donned a white tank top, blue jeans and black sandals, which she completed with a leather tote. Meanwhile, Boldt opted for a bright blue shirt, white jeans, black sandals and a buddy bag.

Garner and Affleck filed for divorce in April, almost two years since they announced their split. Initially, many thought that the two would reconcile as they remained amicable with each other and co-parented their three children, Violet, 11, Seraphina, 8, and Samuel, 5. However, it turns out that they decided to end their romantic relationship for good.

Garner’s quality time with her former mother-in-law comes just days after her estranged husband, 44, went on vacation with his new girlfriend, Lindsay Shookus, 37, People reported. The “Batman” star and the “Saturday Night Live” producer reportedly spent their weekend in Maine. “He recently wrapped filming on 'Justice League’ and is enjoying his summer,” one of Affleck’s friends told the publication.

“He also really enjoys spending time with Lindsay. It won’t be surprising to see them out and about and together in the coming weeks,” another source told Daily Mail.

Since Affleck and Shookus’ relationship was confirmed, the lovers have been inseparable. They spent the weekend after the announcement of their relationship together. The actor and his lady love were also spotted getting drinks from Starbucks in Brentwood and had dinner at the Beech Street Café in Los Angeles.

Onlookers noticed that they seemed to be having a lot of fun together. “They were giggling during dinner and looked like they had the best time,” one insider said. “Ben told stories and Lindsay threw her head back laughing several times. She acted like she thinks he is the funniest ever.”
