Jennifer Garner’s Rumored Boyfriend Patrick Dempsey Asks Ex-Wife Jillian Fink To Reconcile, Save Marriage: Report

Patrick Dempsey, who is linked to Ben Affleck’s ex-wife Jennifer Garner, has asked his formerly estranged wife Jillian Fink to renew their marriage vows, Radar Online reported Wednesday. Last January, Fink filed for divorce from Dempsey after 16 years of marriage.

Dempsey asked Fink to reconcile and fix their marriage, according to the gossip website. “It’s incredibly exciting for all their friends and family, but Jillian wouldn’t never have accepted unless he agreed to slow down on his motorsports racing,” a source told Radar Online.

“It was devastating when they split and he’s still not out of the woods yet. Jillian wants to take things slow, as though they were dating for the first time, and rebuild from scratch before renewing their vows,” the insider told the website. “Patrick thinks it’s a shame to have to quit racing” for Fink, the source said, adding the former “Grey’s Anatomy” star is “determined to not mess things up.”

Last month, 50-year-old Dempsey was rumored to be dating 43-year-old Garner, who announced divorce from Affleck in June 2015. Garner reportedly contacted Dempsey, and the two opened up to each other over coffee.

“As soon as they started talking, the spark was evident to both of them. Jen was relieved — and excited. [She] is so happy ... almost like a teenager with a crush. It’s been so long since she’s felt this way with anyone,” a source reportedly said.
