Jennifer Lopez Proves Alex Rodriguez Breakup, Ben Affleck Hookup Rumors Wrong [WATCH]

Jennifer Lopez and Alex Rodriguez are always being rumored to be on the verge of a breakup, but the singer-actress recently proved those speculations wrong with a new video posted on Instagram.

Lopez took to Instagram to share a video of herself and Rodriguez after working out at the gym. The two appeared to have had a blast spending time together exercising and even called each other affectionate nicknames in the clip.

Lopez also challenged some of their friends to take on their new diet, which involves having no sugar and carb intake for 10 days. The singer called out Leah Remini, Elaine Goldsmith-Thomas and Hoda Kotb. Rodriguez also challenged his pals, including Michael Strahan, and said he couldn't wait to munch on pizza and buffalo wings after the 10-day diet is over.

Meanwhile, the couple was recently spotted heading to a business meeting in Miami, Florida, Entertainment Tonight reported. Lopez and Rodriguez were all dressed up in their classiest ensembles for the meeting on Friday.

For the outing, Lopez wore a colorful curve-hugging dress, black sky-high heels and a wide belt. She accessorized with large sunglasses, her signature big hoop earrings and a black handbag. She styled her hair in a top bun for the occasion. Rodriguez, meanwhile, sported a stylish suit.

Lopez previously opened up about her relationship with Rodriguez during an interview with Harper's Bazaar. She revealed that they have the same views, whether it's regarding work, fitness or family.

“For me, the relationship journey has been very up and down. But it didn’t have to do with anybody else but me -- it was about me figuring out me," she told the magazine. "Until you learn to love yourself, you can’t completely love [someone else] in a way that is pure and true. Once you do that, you can have relationships that are based on love and respect, that are supportive and nourishing."

Their Instagram post and latest sighting come amid a report claiming that Lopez wanted to break up with Rodriguez and hook up with her ex, Ben Affleck.

Gossip Cop, however, called this report "pure fiction" and confirmed directly from Affleck's rep that the actor-director has not reunited with Lopez.
