Jennifer Lopez Shares Twins Max, Emme’s Back-To-School Photo
Jennifer Lopez recently gushed over her twins, Max and Emme, who are now both in fourth grade.
On her Instagram account, the doting mom shared a snap of her children wearing their uniform on their first day of school. Lopez couldn’t help but say how proud she is of her kids and admitted that they are not babies anymore. Max is wearing khaki pants, white collared shirt and a black coat with the school’s logo. Emme, on the other hand, is wearing a skirt, a collared shirt and a coat that has two golden buttons on it.
Max and Emme both had an eventful summer with their mom and her boyfriend, Alex Rodriguez. They went on trips, spent some time in the pool and even bonded with Rodriguez’s two daughters, Natasha and Ella.
Earlier this year, the “All I Have” singer became a tad bit emotional when she talked about her twins during an interview on “Today.” “They just make my life so much better. I’m forever grateful. I didn’t have kids until later. I almost thought it wasn’t going to happen for me, so I’m very aware that I’m blessed with that and it could have been something different. I don’t take it for granted,” she said while holding back tears.
But even though Lopez feels grateful to have been blessed with her children, she admitted that she wasn’t prepared to have twins. For the past couple of years, one thing she’s learned from being mom is to always stay calm.
Lopez also revealed that she often brings her 9-year-old twins to work whether it be in Las Vegas for her series of shows or other places. “It is a little bit insane. I take it one day at a time. Me and the kids are like gypsies. We’re traveling all over the place and just getting it done and doing what we can,” she said.
When asked by Jimmy Fallon on the “Tonight Show” if her kids are interested in being actors, dancers or singers, Lopez said that Max and Emme have a YouTube channel where they talk and watch other people.
