Jessa Seewald, Ben Seewald Share A Sweet Kiss In Newly Released Maternity Photos

Jessa Seewald is just weeks away from welcoming her first child with husband Ben Seewald and they certainly seem to be enjoying their final moments as a twosome. The couple, who won over viewers' hearts on TLC's now-canceled series "19 Kids and Counting," have kept fans in the loop every step of the way since announcing in April that they were going to be parents. With Jessa's due date fast approaching, the 22-year-old and her hubby shared some adorable photos of them and what will soon be their son or daughter.

The photos, which appear on the Seewald family's website, were taken by "a sweet friend." The photographer, Evangeline Renee, was in town to visit and decided to have a photo shoot with Jessa and Ben. Jessa told fans she and Ben, 20, had a lot of fun taking the photos, adding that they were thrilled to meet their baby in the very near future. Many of the photos show Jessa with a hand placed lovingly on her baby bump, while others focus on her and her hubby. There are photos of them sharing sweet kisses on the forehead and the lips while others capture the couple holding hands with Jessa's massive bump between them.

While they are awaiting the birth of their first child, Jessa and Ben are still hopeful that one day they'll adopt. The couple have spoken openly about their desire to adopt a child since getting engaged in August 2014. In a blog post published Friday, Jessa told fans she would like very much to expand their family through adoption. She told readers it was "very dear to our heart," adding that adoption serves as a "reminder of God's love." As previously reported, the couple plan to pursue their adoption dreams within the coming year.
