Judge Delivers Ruling In Rob Kardashian's Court Battle With Blac Chyna's Ex
A ruling has been made.
Unfortunately for Pilot Jones, that ruling falls in favor of Rob Kardashian. A judge has ordered Jones, who is Blac Chyna’s ex-boyfriend, to pay Kardashian $45,109.01 in legal fees, The Blast reports.
The judgment comes after Jones filed a lawsuit in 2017 against Blac Chyna and her ex-fiancé for allegedly exposing him as bisexual by posting a photo of two men making out. Although he denies that he is in the photo, Jones said the former couple’s followers believe differently. He also claims that the couple leaked a photo of him and Chyna making out. Furthermore, he accused the two of giving out his personal phone number to their fans. Jones even provided screenshots of text messages between the three individuals, where Kardashian threatened to hire a hitman.
As a result of the reported actions, his lawsuit demanded $2 million in damages. However, Kardashian and the model denied Jones’ allegations, requesting that the lawsuit be dismissed. And it looks like the judge agreed by dismissing all but one claim.
Although Kardashian prevailed in the end, he did not receive the entire $60,000 in attorney fees that he asked for.
In addition to this case, Kardashian continues to battle his former fiancée in court over their 3-year-old daughter, Dream. In January, the reality star filed an emergency motion for primary custody of the toddler. The order further demanded that Chyna receive only weekend visitation rights with a nanny present.
Kardashian accused his former lover of being drunk in front of Dream and allowing her to be in the presence of strangers and physical disputes. Further, he said that their daughter would be brought to him dirty and with messy hair. He even claimed that the toddler was "naked twerking, and acting out sexual positions that she said her mom taught her."
Despite Kardashian's accusations, a Los Angeles judge dismissed his motion and their custody battle continues.
