Bieber proposed to Baldwin way back in July last year. The two went on a vacation to the Bahamas at the time, and that was when the singer proposed. The two reportedly had a quiet ceremony at a courthouse in September. They were spotted getting their marriage license in New York, but they continued to confirm the marriage publicly for a long time.

The acknowledgement first came from Baldwin in November when she changed her last name in her Instagram page. Later, Bieber also started referring to Baldwin as his wife.
