Justin Bieber Shares Inspiring Post, Ready To Take Challenges 'Head On'
Justin Bieber, who has been seeing a therapist for his struggles with depression, shared an update about how he is feeling. The singer said that he is confident that he will “bounce back” after facing his mental challenges, adding that he has been facing his problems “head on.”
In a recent Instagram post, Bieber said that he wanted to share an update about what he has been going through with the hope that it will resonate with his fans. The singer confirmed that he has been “struggling a lot,” and that he has been feeling “disconnected and weird.”
Bieber is confident that he will “bounce back,” so he is not worried. He does, however, want his fans to pray for him.
“God is faithful and ur prayers really work thanks,” he wrote. Bieber called his current struggle with depression his “most human season” that he has ever been in. He, however, added that he is facing his problems “head on.”
While the post in itself shows just how difficult it has been for Bieber, a source told People that the singer is actually making progress. The insider said that the Instagram post was a “big step” in the singer’s recovery.
According to the source, the purpose of Bieber’s therapy sessions is to “get to the bottom” of the way he is feeling. Once the singer was able to see the truth about who he is, he shared that with his fans.
“This was Justin being authentic and telling people his truth,” the source said. “So that Instagram post was an important part of his recovery.”
While Bieber is on the road to recovery, his wife Hailey Baldwin is with him every step of the way. It was she who noticed that he needed therapy by looking at his sleep patterns, ET Online reported. The singer was sleeping more than usual, and he found it difficult to get up after waking up late in the morning or early afternoon, according to an insider.
It was difficult for Baldwin to see Bieber in pain, so she suggested he get help. She loves her husband and wants to see him at his healthiest, according to the source.
