Kanye West Pressuring Kim Kardashian To Get Married? Reality Star Wants To Wait, Source Says

Though reports claimed earlier this year that Kanye West was in no rush to walk down the aisle, new reports state it is Kim Kardashian who does not want to get married. The 32-year-old is reportedly being pressured by her rapper beau to say “I do.”

The couple has been dating since last year, though they have known each other for around a decade and have a newborn daughter together. Originally it was reported that they may not be walking down the aisle anytime soon, because after releasing his sixth album, "Yeezus," recently, West, 36, has been busy promoting it and is set to go on tour this year.

“There’s way too much going on. He has to tour later this year, he’s a new dad, plus he and Kim are looking for a place to settle into and call their own. They’re not about to add more things to do by trying to get married on top of everything they have to do. It’s not happening any time soon,” a source told Hollywood Life this summer.

But it seems the reality star is the one who wants to wait. “Kanye is obsessed with her,” a source close to Kim tells The Daily News’ Confidenti@l. “He always has been. He has begged her to get married a few times, it’s Kim that’s saying ‘not yet.’ ”

Momager Kris Jenner is allegedly afraid that if her daughter does not get engaged soon, the Kardashian clan will look bad, especially considering Kim and Kanye have a child together.

Back in Febuary, it was speculated that Kardashian, 32, was engaged, when the reality star showed off a picture of her wearing Kanye West’s initials on her wedding-ring finger. Then last August, while she was still in a divorce battle with her now ex-husband Kris Humphries, she was trying on new wedding gowns.

Kardashian and Humphries, an NBA payer, married in a lavish $10 million wedding, only to separate 72 days later. The divorce was annulled in April.
