Kate Middleton Had 2 Birthday Parties; Prince William Attended Both Events

Kate Middleton had two birthday celebrations.

The Duchess of Cambridge turned 37 years old on Wednesday. However, many were sad as she had to celebrate part of her special day without Prince William, Prince George and Princess Charlotte.

The Duke of Cambridge had an official engagement. On the other hand, their two eldest children were back to school. However, according to Cosmopolitan, Prince William didn’t miss Middleton’s birthday entirely.

Middleton apparently had two separate birthday celebrations. The first one was held on Sunday at Anmer Hall, their home in Norfolk. The couple invited some family and friends over.

On the same day, the Duke and Duchess of Cambridge were spotted attending a church service with Queen Elizabeth II. Prince Harry and Meghan Markle were noticeably missing.

On Wednesday, Middleton’s actual birthday, they had another celebration at home. “By the time [Kate] was back from the school run, so was her husband,” royal reporter Omid Scobie said.

The Cambridges reportedly celebrated Middleton’s 37th together with tea and in the “cutest and most British thing ever.”

Last year, Middleton had a low-key birthday celebration as well. She celebrated it privately at home with her family. The members of the royal family usually take days off from their royal duties on their special day and spend it at home with the people dear to them.

Also, Middleton received a special gift from her sister-in-law, Meghan Markle, the previous year. The former “Suits” star gave the royal mom-of-three a smart leather-bound “dreamy diary.”

It remains unknown if Middleton received another birthday present from the Duchess of Sussex. There were rumors that the two are feuding. Their ghastly row reportedly began in the Christmas of 2017 when the Duke and Duchess of Cambridge invited the Duke and Duchess of Sussex at their home in Norfolk.

Middleton reportedly said something to Markle that didn’t sit well with the latter. Markle apparently complained to Prince Harry that she was being told off, and Prince Harry took her side. Meanwhile, Prince William defended Middleton, who was pregnant with Prince Louis at the time.

Last Christmas, the fab four reunited, and Markle and Middleton appeared friendly. They were seen laughing and chatting. However, body language expert Judi James felt that they were just putting up a united front for the camera.
