Kate Middleton Recycles Dress She Wore On Princess Charlotte’s Christening

It is okay to repeat any dress, take it from Kate Middleton.

There is no question that Duchess of Cambridge has good taste in fashion. No wonder, all eyes are on her outfit whenever she attends an event. Middleton is aware that many are interested in her choice of clothing. However, she is not the type who shies away from recycling her dresses.

On Sunday, Middleton and Prince William took their royal duties to Belgium when they attended a ceremony marking the centenary of the Battle of Passchendaele. Middleton sported an all-white chic coat-dress with a matching hat. She wore her hair in a low bun and accessorized her get up with a pair of grey heels and matching purse, People reported.

Many noticed that the Duchess of Cambridge’s outfit was familiar, that is because she first wore the Alexander McQueen ensemble on her daughter Princess Charlotte’s christening in 2015. The only difference is that this time, it had a black, red and green embroidery near her left shoulder. The matching hat and shoes were also different from what she sported two years ago.

Those who have been following Middleton are not surprised to see her repeating her outfit because she has done it a number of times already. Express shared several photos featuring the Duchess of Cambridge wearing the same clothing in different instances. She sported a monochrome coat at the Somme Centenary commemorations in 2016 and wore the same get up at the Service of Hope at Westminster Abbey in 2017.

Among her favorites is a pastel blue Alexander McQueen coat which she was spotted wearing three times. She wore it in April 2014 and sported the same dress two months after. Looks like she loves it very much because she recycled it again on February 2016 at the 75th Anniversary of RAF Air Cadets.

E! News also noted that Middleton recycled the ensemble she wore to Prince George’s christening in 2016. However, every time the Duchess of Cambridge put on her outfit again, she makes sure that she wears it differently than the last time she sported it.
