Kate Middleton Shares One Regret During Christmas Day Walkabout With Princess Charlotte

Kate Middleton had one regret during Christmas walkabout with daughter Princess Charlotte.

On Christmas Day, the Duchess of Cambridge joined Prince William, Queen Elizabeth II, Prince Charles and more members of the royal family for their traditional morning service. For the first time, Prince George and Princess Charlotte joined the royals at Sandringham Church. The little royals also met and greeted the public who were looking forward to having a close encounter with them.

Middleton was spotted walking with Princess Charlotte as they collected flowers and presents from the crowds who waited for them. During the walkabout, Middleton had a conversation with Karen Anvil and her daughter Rachel.

“Kate was talking to my daughter about clothes and how she was feeling too hot. She said: ‘I really shouldn’t have worn this,’” Anvil told Metro.

During the outing, the duchess was wearing a custom Catherine Walker gray double-breasted coat. It features a fashion faux fur detailing on the neckline and sleeves. It has a belt at the waist that highlighted the royal’s slim frame.

Middleton also wore sheer black nylons, suede emerald green pumps and a matching small green fascinator. However, some were not impressed with Middleton’s fashion choices. Several said that her choice of color was “hideous” and her hat was too small. Its shape and color didn’t complement her coat.

Meanwhile, many were very pleased to see Middleton’s daughter. Princess Charlotte was very cute and jolly. She was also seen hugging someone during the walkabout.

Prior to meeting and greeting the crowd, Princess Charlotte was seen standing beside her mom as they were preparing to leave Sandringham Church. The members of the Firm were waiting for the Queen to depart, because it’s their custom for the Queen to be the last one to arrive and the first to leave.

Middleton was seen curtsying to the Queen. Shortly after, Princess Charlotte was captured on camera doing the same. Royal fans couldn’t get enough of the little princess’ gesture because it was very adorable.
