Kate Middleton’s ‘Forgotten Photo’ In Ireland Post-Prince William Split Released
Kate Middleton’s forgotten photo in Ireland, which was taken in 2007 after she split from Prince William, has just been released.
In the photo, a young Middleton is seen attending an art exhibit by Gemma Billington. Her solo trip to Ireland came before news broke out that she and Prince William have called it quits.
A second picture shows Middleton talking to musician Ben Carrigan of The Thrills, as well as Arsenal Football Club player Niall Quinn.
According to People, Middleton and Prince William’s break up was mutual and was done amicably. The couple separated for three years before rekindling their romance and eventually tying the knot.
During their first sit-down interview days after their engagement, Middleton said that she hopes to take their new life together in stride.
“William’s a great teacher so he’ll be able to help me along the way,” she said.
On April 29, 2011, they officially tied the knot. Two years later, Prince William and Middleton welcomed their first child Prince George. The third in the line to the throne became an older brother to Princess Charlotte after her birth in 2015. Their youngest sibling, Prince Louis, was born on April 23.
In related news, Prince William and Middleton’s shocking revelation about their dirty and naughty sense of humor from years ago have made headlines. During their engagement interview, the Duke of Cambridge admitted that he and his soon-to-be-wife have a side that other people don’t see.
“She’s got a really naughty sense of humor which really helps me because I’ve got a really dirty sense of humor so it was good fun, we had a really good laugh, and then things happened,” he said (via Express).
During the same interview, Middleton revealed that she never displayed a poster of Prince William in her bedroom. However, she kept a photo of Levi’s guy on her bedroom wall.
“No, I had Levi’s guy on my bedroom wall, not a picture of William. Sorry!” she said (via Express).
Prince William joked that it was actually a photo of him in his Levi’s jeans.
