Katy Perry to debut E.T. music video on Thursday

Katy Perry announced that her newest music video for her single E.T. will debut on MTV on Thursday, March 31.

The video will feature the singer in extraterrestrial make up as well as a cameo appearance by rapper Kanye West.

The E.T. video will premiere at noon on MTV.com, VH1.com and LogoTV.com.

At 7:53 p.m. the pop star's world TV premiere of the smash hit off her Teenage Dream album will broadcast with a special intro from Katy Perry herself.

After the premiere of the video, MTV.com will begin its live stream from the MTV newsroom for an exclusive interview with Perry and the director of the video Floria Sigismondi.

Perry has been hyping up the release of the E.T. video by promoting it on social media sites as Twitter and Facebook as well as her own website. Fans even started tweeting photos of themselves in E.T. style make up.

Katy Perry is currently on tour throughout Europe promoting her latest album, Teenage Dream.
