Khloé Kardashian Goes ‘Brond’: Why Reality Star Decided To Change Look

“Keeping Up With the Kardashians” star Khloé Kardashian decided to shake things up by trading her blonde locks for something “brond.”’

The reality star explained her transformation on her app, saying that it was finally time to let go of her trademark blonde hair.

“I just felt like I need a change,” she wrote. “I love my blonde hair but I also felt it needed a break from bleach. Most people go dark in the fall but I wanted to gradually ease into the ‘dark side.’”

Kardashian admitted that she isn’t used to the change yet, but her new beau, Cleveland Cavaliers star Tristan Thompson, is all for it. “It's still kind of a shock to me!" she said. “I’m so used to my very blonde hair, so this more understated look takes some getting used to! But Tristan says he loves it (he loves anything I love, lol), so that makes me like it even more, LOL.”

When Kardashian and Thompson started dating, fans weren’t sure if their relationship is going to last. However, everybody noticed how happy they were.

“Khloé and Tristan have been seeing each other for a little bit,” a source earlier told PEOPLE. “He’s a really nice, good guy, and she seems very happy with him. It’s unclear for now if it’s going to turn [into] anything super serious, but for now, they’re having a good time together.”

The couple proved they’re really good for each other by staying together, and now, they are even talking about having kids together.

“He wants to have kids now,” she told Entertainment Tonight. “He said, ‘I want to have kids with you, [and] if you get pregnant, you could make maternity jeans for [your clothing line] Good American.”

Khloé’s sisters, Kim and Kourtney, have already embraced motherhood. Kim already has two kids with rapper Kanye West - North West and Saint West. As for Kourtney, she has three with her ex Scott Disick - Mason Dash Disick, Penelope Scotland Disick, and Reign Aston Disick. Khloé’s brother Rob also has a child named Dream with ex Blac Chyna, but their relationship did not end well.
