Khloe Kardashian Reportedly Buys Justin Bieber’s Calabasas Mansion For $7.2M

Khloe Kardashian has reportedly bought Justin Bieber’s Calabasas mansion in California for $7.2 million. The Canadian pop sensation had reportedly purchased the place in 2012 for about $6 million.

The reported purchase took place shortly after Khloe and estranged husband, Lamar Odom, sold their house to “The Big Bang Theory” actress, Kaley Cuoco-Sweeting, for $5.4 million.

"She's going to put her Khloe touch on it and make it hers," a source told Hollywood Life. "She's happy with her decision. She looked a bunch of places and decided on that one because of its amenities and close proximity to her family."

Bieber secretly put the mansion, which was reportedly a party house, up for sale after incidents of reckless driving and an alleged egg attack, led the police to search the house as part of a felony vandalism investigation.

"Her move has nothing to do with Justin," the source said, adding: "She saw that house as a place she'd like to live for a very long time and she's smart because she knows that whenever she wants to sell, she'll make a profit on it.”

Former NFL star Keyshawn Johnson, who was Bieber's neighbor, had previously complained about the singer’s behavior. Johnson, who no longer lives in the neighborhood, sold his house to Khloe’s sister, Kourtney Kardashian.

According to the New York Daily News, Jeffrey and Suzie Schwartz, who had accused the singer of egging their home, were glad that Bieber would no longer live in the neighborhood.

Suzie reportedly said: “I’ll take a Kardashian over a Bieber any day of the week.”
