Khloe Kardashian and Tristan Thompson are officially parents of two after welcoming a baby boy via surrogate.
A rep for the reality star confirmed the arrival of the on-again, off-again couple's second child to Page Six.
Kardashian and Thompson also share 4-year-old daughter True. The NBA star is also the father of his ex Jordan Craig's 5-year-old son Prince and Maralee Nichols' 8-month-old son Theo.
News that Kardashian and Thompson were expecting their second child together first broke on July 13.
"Khloé is incredibly grateful to the extraordinary surrogate for such a beautiful blessing," a rep for the Hulu star said in a statement to Page Six at the time. "We'd like to ask for kindness and privacy so that Khloé can focus on her family."
Despite having a second child together, the two have not gotten back together and have not spoken since December 2021 outside of co-parenting matters, according to Page Six.
Kardashian and Thompson started dating in 2016 and welcomed daughter True two years later. They split in February 2019 following multiple cheating scandals on his part but rekindled their romance a year later. However, they called it quits again in the spring of 2021, with an insider telling Us Weekly at the time: "There was no drama that broke them up, things just didn't work out between the two of them."
The exes' second baby was conceived via surrogate in November last year. Just weeks later, it was revealed that Thompson fathered a child with Nichols when he was still with Kardashian.
Nichols gave birth to their son Theo in December 2021. The following month, the athlete announced that a paternity test confirmed that he is the father of Nichols' child and issued a public apology to Kardashian via social media.
"Khloe, you don't deserve this," Thompson wrote on his Instagram Story on Jan. 3. "You don't deserve the heartache and humiliation I have caused you. You don't deserve the way I have treated you over the years. My actions certainly have not lined up with the way I view you."
Thompson's latest cheating scandal played out on the premiere season of her family's Hulu reality series "The Kardashians."
Late last month, an unnamed industry insider told Page Six that Kardashian had originally planned to announce her second child in Season 2 of the reality show. However, she reportedly changed her mind after news of Thompson's infidelity surfaced.
Both Thompson and Kardashian appear to have moved on from their relationship. In mid-July, the former Cleveland Cavaliers player was seen holding hands with a mystery woman while in Mykonos, Greece.
Kardashian, for her part, is reportedly dating a private equity investor she met through sister Kim Kardashian at a dinner party.
"Khloé has moved on and is happy in her new relationship, which is still in its early stages," an unnamed insider told Us Weekly last month.
