Kim Kardashian Baby Update: 5 Names The 'Keeping Up With The Kardashians' Star Is Rumored To Have Chosen For Her Second Child

Kim Kardashian and Kanye West's second child is finally here. At present very little is known about the newborn, including any details about his birth and, perhaps the most highly anticipated detail, his name. Fans have been speculating for months as to what the "Keeping Up With the Kardashians" star and her rapper husband would call their son, with many wondering whether or not they'd go with something directional again to match daughter North West's moniker. New details suggest Kim, 35, and Kanye, 38, may not have reached a decision yet, but that hasn't slowed the rumor mill down any.

According to a report from E! Online, the baby's reality star turned tech mogul mother and fashion-forward father are still trying to pin down the perfect name. A source has come forward claiming they haven't set anything in stone at this time.

Several rumors have emerged, dating back to several months before Kim even gave birth, surrounding the youngest West's name. Kim and Kanye have addressed many of them, casting them off as false, but some continue to linger. Here are five names rumored to be in the running for Kim and Kanye's baby boy:

1. South West

Almost immediately after the Hollywood power couple announced that they were expecting a second child stories began circulating about potential names. Among the earliest suggested was South West, which many fans believed seemed like a logical choice due to Kim and Kanye's decision to name their first child North West.

Kim shut down those rumors during an interview with NPR, telling the publication she thought it was "so stupid." She also revealed to listeners that it was unlikely that she and the "All Day" rapper would choose another directional name.

2. East West

Although Kim claimed there was little to no chance of another compass direction appearing on her second child's birth certificate the speculation continued. In September 2015, the "KUWTK" star appeared on "The Ellen DeGeneres Show" where she addressed rumors she and Kanye had decided on East West.

She told host Ellen DeGeneres that she'd heard those rumors, but that she and her hubby hadn't picked a name yet. Kim went on to say that she wasn't really feeling the name East, but did like Easton, which sparked even more speculatory stories.

3. Easton West

After Kim's Sept. 30 "Ellen Show" appearance where she revealed that she liked the name Easton, despite Kanye's distaste for it, many believed it was a not-so-subtle hint at the name they'd chosen.

4. Preston Dollar West

During a Season 11 episode of "KUWTK" Kim sat down with older sister Kourtney Kardashian and her nephew, Mason Disick, to chat about her new baby. During the discussion she asks Mason what he thinks she and Kanye should name their son. The adorable toddler suggests Preston Dollar West, which insights laughs from all around the table.

5. Robert

On Sunday it was rumored that Kim and Kanye had decided to get a little sentimental with their son's name. As was reported by People magazine, they were said to have chosen Robert as the infant's middle name, a homage to the "KUWTK" star's late father, Robert Kardashian. These reports remain unconfirmed.
