Kim Kardashian Gives Us Another Sneak Peek Into Her Home
Kim Kardashian West’s playroom might give arcades everywhere and Chuck E. Cheese a run for its money.
Kim has been on a kick for a while of showing off her $60 million dollar California mansion after her home was featured on the cover of Architectural Digest. The images and videos of her and husband Kanye West’s minimalist mansion have been the topic of much discussion because most of their house is adorned in white walls with zero color or wall art.
On Wednesday, the 39-year-old "Keeping Up With the Kardashians" star took to Instagram via her story to share a walking tour of her playroom, according to People. In the video, she begins by saying, “You guys always say my house is so minimal — well, you guys haven’t seen my playroom.”
Her massive playroom encompasses almost every type of toy a child could ever want. Her four children each have their own section of the room dedicated to toys they like, and combined spaces for shared toys.
Upon entering the playroom, the first notable setup is the musical instruments propped onto a stage. There’s a drum set, microphones, guitars, violins and a variety of other instruments in a box.
The video then pans to show 9-month-old Psalm’s mat with a variety of baby toys scattered around it. Next to it are 6-year-old North’s dollhouses and her “O.M.G” dolls that “she’s obsessed with.”
As the tour continues, 2-year-old Chicago’s section features top-notch kitchen appliances, filled with shelves of fake food and an adjoining laundry room. Also in her section is a grocery store with a cash register where “you can actually ring people up.”
Saint’s section appears to be an almost amphitheater-style wall of cars, trucks, dinosaurs and anything else a 4-year-old boy would love.
Kim and Kanye’s kids also have a desk set up in their playroom that has a tall shelf filled with educational books and office supplies to help them do their homework.
The other combination area is a massive, walk-in closet that features rows and rows of Play-Doh, crayons, markers, glitter, bubbles and other art supplies. Next to the shelves are North’s costumes for dress-up play including a few notable favorites: “Moana” and Disney princesses.
It appears the playroom is large enough to hold even more than toys in case Kim and Kanye ever decide to expand their family in the future.
