Kim Kardashian had a huge blowout for her 33rd birthday in 2013, when then-boyfriend Kanye West surprised her with a mega marriage proposal. The “Keeping Up With The Kardashians” reality star kept it low key this year for her 34th birthday celebration, but West made sure to let the world know that his love for his now-wife is stronger than ever.

“Happy Birthday baby!” West posted on Twitter on Tuesday, Oct. 21. “Thank you for being the dopest wife and mom!”

West’s tweet accompanied a photo of Kim Kardashian in the all-white ensemble that she wore to the 2014 CFDA/ Vogue Fashion Fund Event on Monday night. He then followed up with another message for North West’s mom.

“Sometimes I feel like just saying I love you isn’t strong enough to express how much I love you …” the rapper added.

Those following Kim Kardashian and Kanye West’s relationship will remember that Kim’s Oct. 21 birthday also marks the one-year anniversary of West’s lavish proposal. In 2013 West took over AT&T Park in San Francisco to pop the question to Kardashian. The rapper hired a 50-piece orchestra, set up a fireworks display and rigged the Jumbotron to read “PLEEEASE MARRY MEEE!” West sealed the deal with a Lorraine Schwartz 15-carat cushion-cut diamond.
