Kim Kardashian And Kris Humphries Divorce Settled: Was Marriage Annulled?

Kim Kardashian and Kris Humphries have finally settled their divorce case.

Though she is currently with rapper Kanye West, and six-months pregnant with his child, she has been legally married to the NBA Brooklyn Nets star.

Last week, Humphries failed to show up to court for a mandatory appearance in Los Angeles, Calif.

"Kim showed up pregnant!" an insider told Us Weekly about the situation. "He's just wasting everyone's time at this point. ... The judge is furious. So disrespectful."

The divorce battle has been a bitter one, as Humphries sought to prove that Kardashian married him only as a publicity stunt and he wanted the marriage to be annulled.

Kardashian, however, has said that she's not interested in agreeing to an annulment, because she denies that she married Humphries under false pretenses and solely for publicity.

TMZ reports that the pair has finally settled the year-and-a-half-long divorce battle, and, though the settlement is confidential currently, it was a divorce and not an annulment.

The couple was married for only 72 days before filing for divorce.

Meanwhile, Nick Lachey opened up recently about his short-lived relationship with Kim Kardashian and suggests that she used him to get famous.

In 2006, the former 98 Degrees singer briefly dated the then relatively unknown Kardashian following his divorce from Jessica Simpson.

In Details magazine, Lachey was asked if Kardashian tipped off the paparazzi when they went on a movie date.

“That’s one way to interpret it. Let’s just say this: We went to a movie. No one followed us there. Somehow, mysteriously, when we left, there were 30 photographers waiting outside.

“There are certain ways to play this game, and some people play it well,” he continued.
