West, 34, released a new single with DJ Khaled entitled Theraflu on New York's Hot 97 radio station on April 4. In the song, he recites a story in which he fell in love with a woman named Kim, rumored to be Kardashian, but another man got in the way, reported Hollywood Life.

West is reportedly close friends with hip-hop mogul and entrepreneur Jay-Z, who is also part-owner of the New Jersey Nets.

Rumors are circulating that Theraflu describes a true story and West's true feelings for Kardashian.

However, the Internet and tabloids are abuzz that the couple are dating now.

Kim and Kanye have now just started dating, a source told People magazine.

West and Kardashian have been seen together on multiple occasions, including out to lunch at a fancy restaurant and out to the movies, reported TMZ.

It may have seemed platonic throughout the lunch, but he couldn't hide his affection for Kim at the end when they started to make their exit. He was obviously doting on her, a source who witnessed their lunch told People. Kanye helped Kim put on her jacket when they got up to leave. He affectionately adjusted her collar and Kim's friend even said: 'Oh, you guys are so cute!'

In the meantime, Humphries filed a petition for an annulment, claiming that Kardashian had tricked him into a phony marriage for wealth and fame while he married her for love, reported Hollywood Life.

He reportedly suspects that she was cheating on him the whole time.
