Kim Kardashian?s Pre-Wedding Body at ?Do Something? Awards [PHOTOS]

Kim Kardashian showed off her pre-wedding body at Sunday's "Do Something" awards in Los Angeles.

With five days to go before her big day, the 30-year-old television personality showed up to the red carpet in a body hugging cream number, complete with a metal belt.

The "Do Something" awards show welcomed celebrities including Justin Bieber, Amy Poehler, Kristen Bell and Demi Lovato. The non-profit organization honors young people under the age of 25 who have given back to their communities and beyond.

Kardashian, who spoke on stage at the awards show, met up with Bieber backstage before dashing off to dinner with fiancé, NBA star Kris Humphries.

The upcoming wedding has been the talk of the town since the couple announced their engagement in May. Kardashian will walk down the aisle in Vera Wang, while the couple's wedding cake is expected to be similar to the one cut by Prince William and Kate Middletown at their wedding in April.

In October, E! will air a two-part special on the nuptials, titled "Kim's Fairytale Wedding: A Kardashian Event."

"Everyone says that you freak out, but I think all my freak-out moments happened at the beginning when we decided to get married . . . this week I've been really calm," Kardashian recently told E!

The Kardashian-Humphries wedding is on Saturday.
