Kordell And Porsha Stewart Divorce Update: Kordell Changed Locks On Reality Star, Forcing Her To Move In With Her Mother

While it seemed Kordell Stewart had a change of heart regarding his filing for divorce from estranged wife Porsha Stewart, he recently changed the locks on their Atlanta mansion. The former NFL player and youngest cast mate of the reality series “Real Housewives of Atlanta” have been married for two years. The couple married on May 21, 2011.

Kordell filed a petition for divorce in April in Fulton County, Access Atlanta reports. The court document said the marriage was "irretrievably broken." Porsha, who has since changed back to her maiden name, Porsha Williams, found out about the filing in the media.

Shortly after, it seemed Kordell wanted to repair the relationship, after posting a photo on Instagram of the two together during a vacation prior to his filing for divorce. But TMZ reports that Porsha has since filed new documents against Kordell, claiming he has locked her out of their mansion on numerous occasions and has not given her a key. She is asking a judge to enforce that she be allowed to use the house or provided with enough money by her estranged husband to live in a “suitable alternative residence.”

She is reportedly living with her mother elsewhere in Atlanta for the time being. Porsha also claims Kordell refused to attend a meditation session to try and work on their situation, calling it a “waste of everyone’s time.”

Porsha has repeatedly defended her husband on “Real Housewives of Atlanta.” Cast mates including NeNe Leakes have accused Kordell of being too controlling and demanding.
