Kris Jenner Talks About Bruce Jenner Becoming A Woman In New 'Keeping Up With The Kardashians' Video Clip

"Keeping Up With the Kardashians" reality star Kris Jenner has been nothing but supportive of ex Bruce Jenner’s transition to a woman, the 65-year-old former Olympian reveals in a new video. Though the two ended their marriage of 24 years, Bruce said the “love and acceptance” Kris has shown has been “absolutely overwhelming” to him during this fragile time.

Bruce told E! in a "Keeping Up With the Kardashians: About Bruce" video clip that his marriage to Kris was special. "You know, Kris is a really good woman and I love her to death," he said.

The segment was from E!’s upcoming two-part special, “About Bruce.” The short video debuted on NBC’s "Today" on Thursday. The first part of the special will air on Sunday, May 17, at 9 p.m., with part two coming on Monday, May 18, at 9 p.m.

Kris also spoke positively of the pair’s marriage. "We had so much in common that it was kind of a match made in heaven. We went to races. We played golf. We went snow skiing,” she said. "I mean, there wasn't anything we didn't do, and we could not keep our hands off each other."

Bruce confirmed to Diane Sawyer that “for all intents and purposes, I am a woman” in an April 24 interview on ABC's "20/20". He spoke of the difficulty of his former life. “I look at women all the time and think how lucky they are that they can wake up in the morning and be themselves,” he said. “I was running away from who I was.”

According to Diane Sawyer, Kris had "no comment" on her ex-husband for the interview special. Sawyer and ABC News said Kris was contacted numerous times; however, Kris claims she was never asked to make a statement.

Bruce is the stepfather of Kim, Kourtney, Rob and Khloé Kardashian, the four children Kris had with deceased attorney Robert Kardashian. He married Kris in 1991 and the couple had two children -- daughter Kendall in 1995 and Kylie in 1997. He has four other children from two previous marriages.

Kendall, 19, told E! that she was extremely proud of her father in another video clip from the "About Bruce" special.

"He's the most amazing person I know. I couldn't ask for a better dad," the model said. "He taught me how to ride a bike and be the tomboy that I am."
