Kristen Bell has shared an update on the changes in her household.

The "Veronica Mars" actress revealed earlier this year that she, her husband Dax Shepard and their daughters Lincoln, 9, and Delta, 7, all sleep in the same room. But on Friday, Bell shared that their children now sleep in their own bedroom.

"We just graduated from them sleeping on the floor on this trifold mattress," Bell told E! News. "So you can congratulate me—we did it, they now sleep in their room on beds right next to each other and they cuddle with each other instead of us."

The 42-year-old actress said that Hello Bello nighttime gummies help the little ones to fall asleep on their own. The product contains melatonin to help their kids drift off to dreamland and give her and her husband some quality time together.

"It would knock them out quicker and they'd be great, and then we would hook up," she continued. "We do not want to go to sleep when they want to go to sleep, so we would hook up our headphones by Bluetooth to the television, put on a show and they would be on the floor like trying to fall asleep."

Bell added, "So, that's how we got out of having to go to bed at the same time."

Although Bell and Shepard's daughters now sleep in their own bedroom, the mom-of-two said that they are not completely independent yet.

The "Frozen" star revealed that she has been trying to get her kids to pack their own lunch, but it "doesn't always work." She explained, "It's like, OK, you didn't like what I packed, you pack your lunch. And I looked in and it was like literally all Skittles."

Bell previously opened up about their family's sleeping arrangements during an episode of Shepard's "Armchair Expert" podcast in February.

"You know the girls sleep on the floor of our bedroom," she said, adding that the family enjoys watching TV together prior to bedtime.

During the chat, the "Bad Moms" star confessed that they ran into an odor problem after she began to "smell a really raunchy smell."

She recalled asking her family members to find out who had passed gas. "'Who's farting?' All three of them are like, 'Sorry, it's me,'" Bell explained. "So I go, 'OK, my family has gas, big [deal].'"

However, the smell didn't go away the following day, even after Bell washed the sheets and opened the doors. They eventually found the root of the issue with the help of Lincoln.

"I lean down and smell the mattress, Dax's corner, his feet corner of the mattress, and I almost hit the deck," Bell claimed. "I almost passed out. It was so strong."

Bell has long been candid about the joys, the struggles and the embarrassing moments that come with raising kids. Back in 2017, the actress revealed on "The Talk" that her children once walked in on her and Shepard in a compromising situation.

"Oh, they've walked in on us having sex," Bell said when asked about her most embarrassing moment involving her family. "That's how they were made, it's OK!"

Julie Chen asked Bell how they reacted after their kids walked in and saw them.

"Well, we didn't, like, continue… we sort of just went like, 'Hey, what's up? What do you need? What do you need?'… And then we just said, 'Mommy and daddy are just going to take a nap for a couple of minutes,'" the "A Bad Moms Christmas" star said.
