Lady Gaga Threw Killer Pool Party For ‘American Horror Story: Hotel’ Cast, Dyed The Pool Water Red
Lady Gaga has always shown her creative side, not only in music and fashion but also in hosting parties. The “Born This Way” singer threw her “American Horror Story: Hotel” (AHS: Hotel) castmates a pool party this weekend, and even dyed the pool water red to match the series’ spooky ambience.
The multi-awarded singer did not share a lot of the pictures during the “AHS: Hotel” cast party, although she managed to post a snap of her specially dyed pool on Instagram, Entertainment Weekly reported. The image showed an eerie snap of Lady Gaga’s pool area wherein the water was dyed a deep dark red, with one side shimmering in yellow and orange hues as the pool light illuminated the spot.
The singer captioned the picture, “A bloody pool for the cast, sorry #AHSfans, there's few pictures. At my parties, killer friends have more fun, when no evidence is left behind.”
The “AHS: Hotel” cast, who attended the party, also did not share pictures of Lady Gaga’s pool bash, although series creator Ryan Murphy tweeted about the dream-like experience. On Sunday, Murphy shared a dream he had about attending a party at Lady Gaga’s house. He wrote, “Last night I had a dream that the HOTEL cast went to Gaga's house and at midnight swam in her pool that she dyed blood red just for us.” The “AHS: Hotel” creator then followed it up with another message, stating that it was not a dream and “THAT ACTUALLY HAPPENED.”
Other “AHS: Hotel” co-stars also took to Twitter, after Murphy sent out his "dream" message. According to Huffington Post, Lady Gaga’s co-star Sarah Paulson responded to the series creator’s tweet and teased, “WAIT. I HAD THE SAME DREAM...”
Even co-star Kathy Bates was star struck with Lady Gaga, particularly with the singer’s elegant attire. Bates took to Twitter Sunday and wrote, “Was it Norma Desmond, Jean Harlow or Marilyn Monroe descending the staircase towards me in a shimmering silver gown? No, it was @ladygaga!”
Lady Gaga stars as the hotel owner, Elizabeth, in the upcoming series “American Horror Story: Hotel.” The show’s fifth season is scheduled to premiere on Oct. 7 on FX.
