Lamar Odom Unconscious Update: ‘It Doesn’t Look Good’ For Khloé Kardashian’s Ex-Husband, Source Says
Things aren’t looking good for former Los Angeles Lakers player Lamar Odom, celebrity blogger Perez Hilton wrote Tuesday. The ex-husband of “Keeping Up With the Kardashians” star Khloé Kardashian was found unconscious in a Nevada brothel after days of nonstop partying. TMZ Sports was the first to break the story.
Odom, 35, reportedly was taking an herbal substitute for Viagra while he was at the Nevada brothel. Now, he is “fighting for his life.”
Love Ranch South business owner, Dennis Hof, said an unidentified woman found the former NBA star passed out on his stomach in his room. When she turned him over there was "mucus-type liquid coming out of his nose and mouth,” Perez Hilton reported. "It doesn't look good,” the source said.
Hof reportedly dialed for emergency assistance when Odom was found unresponsive. After he was rushed the hospital doctors are reported to have inserted a tube into his trachea, which would mean he was unable to breathe on his own.
He was reportedly at the brothel without his friends or entourage. He is alone at the hospital, TMZ added. The staffer at Love Ranch South wanted to be in the room with the former NBA star, but the hospital would not let him in.
Kardashian, 31, has not issued a statement about Odom’s current condition. Even though their divorce was finalized earlier this year, they have remained in contact. Her older sister, Kim Kardsahian, even lamented the constant contact during last Sunday’s episode of “KUWTK” on the E! network.
"I don't know why Khloe and Lamar are talking, but he hurt her so badly," Kim Kardashian said. "As a big sister I'm just really protective, and for her just to be flirting with him on the phone makes me, like, sick to my stomach."
The couple was married in 2009 after several weeks of dating. They separated legally in 2013 after Odom reportedly cheated on her.
This is a developing story.
