‘LHHNY’ Season 8 Spoilers: 4 Things To Know Before Episode 5 Airs

Lately, it seems like the cast of “Love & Hip Hop: New York” Season 8 just can’t catch a break. Aside from trying to make a name for themselves in the entertainment industry, their personal feelings about others seem to be spilling over into their work.

Although some of the cast will be welcoming of the new situations and opportunities that will arise, others will let the pressure get the best of them.

1. Safaree Deals With A Family Tragedy

Since returning to New York, Safaree has grown close to Dreamdoll, which will be a positive relationship for him to have when he goes through a major tragedy on Season 8, episode 5. In the promo, Safaree is seen hugging Dreamdoll while he cries about his uncle who was fatally stabbed. The up and coming artist remains by his side through the heartache and comforts her love interest by encouraging him to stay strong during this hard time.

2. Lil Mo Gets Her Husband To Take a Lie Detector Test

Lil Mo has been feeling overwhelmed and doubtful about her marriage since her son Googled her name and discovered reports that his father was allegedly cheating on his mother. From the looks of the promo, the singer may get some answers regarding her husband’s loyalty to their relationship when he sits down to take a lie detector test. In the promo, Lil Mo is seen in tears after her husband sits down for the test and explains that she isn’t sure what she should do next.

3. Rich And Anais Begin To Have An Affair

Although Anais is married, she has been very open about not being a faithful wife. In the promo for the VH1 series, the artist meets up with Rich, and their casual conversation quickly turns flirtatious. Anais begins to tease Rich, who clearly has a crush on her and the two eventually move closer to one another until they decide to leave together. Could this be the beginning of a doomed love affair?

4. Trouble Continues To Follow Bianca

In the promo, Bianca informs MariahLynn that Dreamdoll has declared war against the both of them. Unhappy that she is being dragged into a feud that she wants nothing to do with, MariahLynn complains to DJ Self about Dreamdoll’s shady behavior. Aside from her girl drama, Bianca later finds out that someone has been going around town saying she was speaking poorly about Yandy, who has helped her career in the past. When she finds out that Jonathan is the one spreading the gossip, Bianca attempts to attack him, but is held back by security. Did Bianca just make a new enemy or will she and Jonathan be able to move past the drama?
