Liam Hemsworth Could Propose To Girlfriend Gabriella Brooks Anytime Soon: Report

Liam Hemsworth is already hearing the wedding bells amid his “serious” romance with Gabriella Brooks, according to a new report.

A source exclusively told Us Weekly Thursday that the Hollywood actor, 31, is close to popping the question to his 24-year-old model girlfriend. The source even noted that Hemsworth is “ready to be a husband” again following his short-lived marriage to Miley Cyrus, 28.

“Liam and Gabriella have been getting serious. They’re not ones to make it known to the public, but their friends and family sure are in the know about how close they are and how an engagement can be right around the corner,” the source said.

Hemsworth “went through a lot” after his breakup with the “Hannah Montana” star, so he is hoping to have that “long-lasting marriage with a partner,” continued the source.

“He’s ready to be a husband — he just wants to be super confident in his relationship with Gabriella before he gets down on one knee,” the source added.

The source also said that what the “Hunger Games” star likes about Brooks is the fact that she prefers to stay out of the spotlight — something that he struggled with when he was still with Cyrus.

Just recently, a video clip showing Hemsworth and Cyrus’ awkward red carpet appearances prior their split made the rounds online. Netizens who saw it quickly pointed out that they broke up because they were “just too different from each other.”

Unlike Cyrus, Brooks “doesn’t crave attention and she’s down to earth,” the source said before adding, “She’s a private person just like Liam. They 100 percent support each other’s careers and are accepting when one has to leave for work duties.”

Hemsworth has been spending most of his time in Australia amid the pandemic, and he likes it a lot because he gets to hang out with Brooks. In February, the two were photographed hugging while taking a stroll during a beach getaway in Byron Bay.

In the photographs obtained by Page Six at the time, a shirtless Hemsworth was seen sporting a pair of Aboriginal flag boardshorts while Brooks rocked a sultry two-piece bikini that showcased her six-pack abs.

Hemsworth and Brooks first sparked dating rumors in December 2019. They did not make their romance public until January 2020.
