Lisa Rinna Plastic Surgery Update: ‘Real Housewives’ Star Denies Lip Injections, Breast Augmentation

“Real Housewives of Beverly Hills” star Lisa Rinna has always been open about her plastic surgery, so when “Watch What Happens Live” host Andy Cohen asked her if she had more work done, Rinna don’t hold back. Cohen took questions from viewers who were interested in her appearance.

“Lisa’s upper lip looks way plumpy. Did she do more to the upper lip?” Cohen asked on Tuesday’s episode of the Bravo show.

“No, no,” Rinna, 53, replied. “It goes up and down, you know that!”

The size of her breasts also puzzled fans, but Rinna denied getting a breast augmentation. “No, but pads are in,” she said. “They're pushing them up. It's an illusion. I can do many things with this body.”

Rinna had her lips injected with silicone 25 years ago. She called it the “stupidest thing to do at 24” during an interview with Hoda Kotb on the “Today” show in 2013. Even though she had the lips throughout her career, she had to have the silicone removed.

“It got to the point where they were yucky. They get hard. It’s gross,” she said. “They are now whatever that was after they took out as much of the silicone as they could.”

Despite the problems they caused, the former “Days of Our Lives” actress doesn’t regret her fake lips. “I can’t tell you how many girls have done their lips,” she said. “I feel like I’m a pioneer. I never had a career before I had the lips. So my lips have had their own career.”

Lips aside, Rinna did something shocking when she apologized to co-star Lisa Vanderpump on Tuesday’s episode. “In the end, I like you more than I don’t like you,” she said. “You don’t have to give me [a second chance]. I’m just saying how I feel — you can do whatever you want.” Even more shocking, Vanderpump accepted.
