Man Gets 12-Year-Old Girl Pregnant, Admits To Repeatedly Raping Her

A man in Montgomery County, Alabama, was arrested Wednesday after he allegedly raped a 12-year-old girl multiple times and only stopped when the minor became pregnant.

Police took 43-year-old Christopher Lee Boswell into custody and charged him with second-degree rape, local newspaper Montgomery Advertiser reported.

Boswell had been accused of raping the girl several times at his home "between the first of the year and the beginning of June," according to his charging documents. He allegedly confessed to his crimes while speaking with investigators.

According to the documents, Boswell and the victim knew each other prior to the incidents.

A warrant against Boswell was signed on the morning of his arrest, and he was booked into the Montgomery County Detention Facility on a $30,000 bond.

Meanwhile, a 46-year-old man from Westchester County, New York, was sentenced to prison in early June after he fathered a child with a 12-year-old girl he had sexually abused for nearly two years.

Pablo Dure, of Croton-on-Hudson, was sentenced to 17 years in prison and an additional 15 years of post-release supervision by Westchester County Judge Susan Cacace on June 1. He had pleaded guilty on April 22 to first-degree course of sexual conduct against a child, which is a felony.

An order of protection prohibiting Dure from having any contact — by him or anyone on his behalf — with the victim and their daughter until June 1, 2046, was also issued.

Dure had been accused of having sex with the victim on a regular basis between Dec. 1, 2017, and Nov. 1, 2019, when she was aged between 10 and 12.

The girl, who is now a teenager, was already about 33-weeks pregnant when her mother learned about the crimes in January 2020. Following the birth of her child, a DNA test on the baby determined that Dure was the father.

Dure was arrested in Long Island on April 9 last year following an investigation by Croton-on-Hudson police, the Westchester District Attorney's Office and the FBI.
