Meek Mill Takes His First L Of 2017, Shares Video Of Himself Tumbling Down Icy Stairs

Ever since his feud with Drake started in 2015, rapper Meek Mill has become the butt of many jokes on the internet, but this time, Meek is beating everyone to the punch.

On Tuesday, the “Dreamchasers 4” rapper took to Instagram to share a video of him falling down the stairs at his mother’s house. People who live in areas where it snows know stairs can be a dangerous place, and Meek learned his lesson the hard way.

“They spoke a L into existence,” the rapper wrote with a number of laughing emojis thrown in. “Leaving out my mom house was tragic for me!” The “L” Meek references is slang for having something unfortunate happen to you or being handed a loss.

Always the opportunist, Meek Mill turned the fall into a lesson, saying, “U fall get rick back upppp!” But after his tumble, Meek can be seen sprinting away from the scene. According to his caption, he believes other forces may have had a hand in his fall. “I ran I thought a ghost pushed me!”

The rapper may also take legal action against Kanye West if a ghost wasn’t involved. He was wearing a pair of Yeezy Boost 350 v2. “I might sue Yeezy!” the rapper wrote.

Meek entered 2017 as a single man after his relationship with Nicki Minaj came to end. While Minaj announced their breakup at the beginning of January, TMZ reports the breakup actually occurred in December.

According to the website, the two spent some time together in Turks and Caicos for Minaj’s birthday and split up after a fight. TMZ sources claim the couple was not getting along during their vacation because Meek was spending more time with his friends. Minaj reportedly got upset with Meek who ended up leaving the island early without her.
