Megan Fox Talks About Protecting Her Kids From Bullies: 'Boys Don't Wear Pink'

Megan Fox has opened up about protecting her kids from bullies, both online and offline.

During an interview with Instyle, the actress revealed that her eldest son Noah Shannon, 8, was often picked by "mean, awful people, and cruel people" online. The 35-year-old noted that she "don't want him [Shannon] to ever have to read that sh-t because he hears it from little kids at his own school who are like, 'Boys don't wear dresses.'"

The 8-year-old is "really into fashion," and loves to wear dresses, Meghan was earlier quoted as saying on an episode of "The Talk" by USAToday.

"Sometimes, he'll dress himself and he likes to wear dresses sometimes," Fox said. "And I send him to a really liberal, hippy school, but even there — here in California — he still has little boys going, 'Boys don't wear dresses,' or 'Boys don't wear pink.' So we're going through that now, where I'm trying to teach him to be confident no matter what anyone else says," she explained.

Besides Shannon, Fox has two other kids with ex-husband Brian Austin Green, viz. Bodhi Ransom, 7, and Journey River, 4.

She also shared two photos on Instagram Wednesday clicked for the magazine. The actress posed in a white outfit with wet hair. However, what grabbed her fans' attention the most was the purple and pink lighting effect on the photos. One of the fans immediately commented, "Bisexual lighting" while another fan wrote, "Queen of bisexual lighting."

During the interview, the actress also spoke about sexist comments on her public appearances.

"There's so much judgment," Fox explained as people often ask her "Where are your kids?" whenever she is on a red carpet or hanging out with her boyfriend, Colson Baker, who is popularly known as Machine Gun Kelly. "Do you ask their dad when he's out?" the actress questioned those judgmental people.

On the work front, Fox will be next seen in the crime mystery movie, "Midnight in the Switchgrass," which is slated to release on July 23. The movie also stars Kelly, Sistine Stallone, Caitlin Carmichael, and Bruce Willis.
