Meghan Markle, Prince Harry Slammed For Posting Too Often On Social Media While Demanding For Privacy

Meghan Markle and Prince Harry were criticized for posting too frequently on social media while demanding privacy.

The Duke and Duchess of Sussex decided to step back as senior members of the royal family in January. Their decision to keep their distance from the royal family happened months after they complained about the excessive media attention they received. The couple wanted, privacy especially for their child, Archie.

And some netizens have apparently been irked that Prince Harry and Markle continue to be active on social media. Just recently, they shared the World Health Organization’s recommendations to combat coronavirus on Instagram. However, according to many, they are already aware of it and Markle and Prince Harry were only trying to be relevant. Some also complained why they kept on posting on social media when they want to be private citizens.

“I thought they moved to be away from media so why post on social media so often,” alexfarmer313 asked.

“How can you say private life when your making your self famous been a voice over for a Disney film,” hazelcodie added with laughing emoji.

“Hypocrisy at its best. I hope you’re thoroughly ashamed of yourself Harry,” heathnics wrote attacking Markle’s husband Prince Harry.

“It did not bother you M while touching and hugging other people’s children when told not to. You two have never done anything worthwhile at all only parading around for the camera. You should be ashamed,” mandyhooglandbailey commented.

Several also attacked the royal couple for deleting comments. Many noticed that their comments bashing the couple were removed.

”Delete, delete, delete! How sad that you delete comments from this platform!” sj_and_bp wrote.

“Hah have you hired an army to delete all the comments about you? I wrote a comment this morning and it got deleted right after I posted it. You are unbelievable!” delainstagram added.

This isn’t the first time Markle was accused of deleting comments. In February, Markle shared a behind-the-scenes video for Vogue which she guest-edited last year. It received mixed reactions from the netizens with some slamming the duchess for being “self absorbed.” Several noticed that the negative comments in the posts were removed.
