Meghan Trainor Reveals How She And Boyfriend Daryl Sabara Celebrated 5-Month Anniversary

Meghan Trainor and boyfriend Daryl Sabara celebrated their five-month anniversary doing puzzles together.

In an interview with Entertainment Tonight at 102.7 KIIS-FM’s Jingle Ball on Friday, Dec. 2 at Staples Center in Los Angeles, Trainor revealed that she and Sabara spent the day of their five-month anniversary bonding over puzzles. “We went out to dinner and we did puzzles because I love doing puzzles lately,” the “All About That Bass” singer said. “He brought me like three special cool puzzles that are like 3D and we spent the day just chilling. It was awesome.”

Speculations that Trainor and Sabara are in a romantic relationship together first surfaced when pictures of him started to appear on the pop star’s Instagram page in September. The following month, the 22-year-old recording artist took to Instagram to confirm that she and Sabara are indeed dating.

As to how they met each other, Trainer previously revealed in a separate interview with Entertainment Tonight that a popular actress actually played cupid for her and Sabara. “Chloe Grace Moretz told me she had a really, really nice friend. I was like, ‘That’s crazy! I’m looking for a really, really nice guy,’” said Trainor at the Hollywood Bowl in October. “And she’s like, ‘You guys have to meet.’ And we did. He’s great!”

After their first meeting, Sabara — who is best known for his role as Juni Cortez in the “Spy Kids” film series — became much closer to Trainor when he joined her on the road during her Untouchable Tour. Trainor told E! News in October that having Sabara by her side during the tour was an experience she won’t easily forget. “He just chills with me everywhere,” Trainor said of her boyfriend. “He’s amazing and makes me feel like a princess.”
