Miley Cyrus' Fiancé Liam Hemsworth Reminisces About Early Dating Days With Adorable Throwback Photo Amid Wedding Rumors
Liam Hemsworth and Miley Cyrus may have only rekindled their relationship this year, but their romance has been going on for a long time.
The “Hunger Games” star, 26, recently revisited the early days of his relationship with Cyrus, 24, when he shared a throwback photo on his Instagram account on Thursday, Sept. 8. The snapshot, which appears to be from the set of their 2010 film “The Last Song,” shows Cyrus with long locks and a casual outfit, while Hemsworth is shirtless and dressed only in board shorts. "Throwing it WAY back… What a 'blur,'" the actor wrote as caption. Check out Hemsworth’s #ThrowbackThursday photo with Cyrus below!
Hemsworth and Cyrus first met on the set of “The Last Song,” but it wasn’t until the movie’s premiere in 2010 that they confirmed they were dating. They were on-and-off for the next two years before the “Wrecking Ball” singer confirmed in June 2012 that they’re engaged. A year later, the two broke off the engagement and didn’t re-enter each other's lives until this year.
According to reports, Cyrus and Hemsworth have reportedly gotten engaged again, but the two stars aren’t in a hurry to walk down the aisle. "Miley and Liam are still planning to get married. They are still working out details though and don't have a date,” a source close to Cyrus told People.
Meanwhile, the “We Can’t Stop” singer recently became the victim of a death hoax when a fake news site claimed that she was found dead in her bathtub on Sept. 5. However, Cyrus proved that she’s definitely alive and well when she posted a promotional image for “The Voice” 2016, which she will be appearing in as a mentor. “Watch my episode on Snapchat now!! Can't wait 'til you see who I'm sending to the #VoiceOnSnapchat finale!” she captioned the photo.
Cyrus was also spotted with the younger Hemsworth this week. The couple were photographed on their way to Nobu in Malibu, California on Wednesday.
