Miley Cyrus New Haircut…And New Role? Cyrus Reportedly To Guest Star On ‘Two And A Half Men’
Former Disney star Miley Cyrus may have took to Twitter to debut her shocking and hip new haircut, but the actress and singer may soon be taking her new short hair to the TV screen! According to a source, Miley Cyrus is set to grace the set of the hit CBS show "Two and a Half Men."
E! News confirmed with an inside source that the freshly pixie cut star will appear in "at least several episodes" as a love interest for Angus T. Jones' character, Jake Harper. Cyrus will guest star as an unnamed new girl in town whose sex appeal and sense of humor has caught Jake's attention.
Cyrus tweeted up a storm this weekend about her fresh set of locks, informing fans that she loves her hair, and that she feels "so happy, pretty and free." The future Mrs. Liam Hemsworth's comments towards her hair-haters seem as if the drastic cut was not for an upcoming role. Instead, Cyrus informed the world via Twitter that she "Never felt more me in my whole life."
The young singer and actress has a lot on her plate besides the upcoming "Two and a Half Men" stint. Cyrus has her comedy film "So Undercover," being released later this year, and is also working on a new album. According to MTV, the latest batch of music from the pop princess will feature Pharrell Williams and Hit-Boy.
Miley Cyrus is not the first woman to be cast as a new love interest for the latest season of "Two and a Half Men." "True Blood" actress Brit Morgan will be guest starring in the season 10 premiere as Jill, "a woman who Walden (Ashton Kutcher) meets at a bar and takes back to his beach house."
"Two and a Half Men" returns for a new season on CBS on Thursday, Sept. 27 at 8:30 p.m.
